In the role of Service Technican, you travel around Sweden and the rest of the world, which makes this an exciting and developing challenge where you work with great independence with responsibility. You independently run customer projects on site at the customer and you report to the regional Service Manager. Traveling is a natural part of the service (about 150-180 days / year) and requires that you have the opportunity to be from home and enjoy the lifestyle that this entails.

Your main tasks

• Performing emergency services according to service orders
• Performing contractual services according to service orders
• Execute re-builds according to project or service orders
• Participating in/performing installation and commissioning of machines and lines
• Trouble shooting on site and when applicable, by phone or email
• Documenting work performed according to applicable processes
• Provide internal and external support.
• Training of customer staff

Your profile

As a person, you are service-oriented, interested in technology and have a strong personal drive. You enjoy taking great responsibility and working independently, structured and solution-focused. The ability to think logically and see the big picture is an important part of the job. You will be one of our public faces and therefore we attach great importance to your personality and your service qualities.

Requirements:

• Gymnasium (high school) degree or higher in electronics, mechanics, control engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent training.
• Driving license for car.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English language.
• Good computer knowledge.

Preferred:

• German language, also knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Experience from a similar role, preferably from an international environment and/or from a position where travel is common.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Related safety training such as forklift, hot work etc.
• Knowledge of PLC (840d, S5, S7, Simotion, TIA-Portal)
• Machine safety
